Hello card

After having above freezing temps for the last week, and a lot of melting and ice, we are now getting a huge blizzard.  We are under a snowfall warning and have very cold temps - it hasn't stopped snowing for two days now with more in the forecast!  I loathe such long winters here.   Anyway, this card was made with Stampin Up stamps, a ribbon hole punch and blue ribbon.  I also used my EK Success corner ticket punch on the corners of the card.  Deb :)
